I've spent the past 10 years working in healthcare, doing a little bit of everything. I've worked at the front desk, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), as a Cardiac Technician, and in practice operations. Every role taught me something valuable about how healthcare works and where it falls short.
Growing up in good ol' West Virginia and later moving to Pittsburgh, I saw firsthand how large healthcare systems often dominate the industry. While they can create opportunities and drive innovation, they aren't always able to meet the unique needs of every community.
That's why I'm passionate about supporting independent healthcare providers who want to build something different.
Whether you're a doula creating a practice that serves Black transgender individuals, a physical therapist specializing in women's health, or a mental health provider opening your first private practice, I want to help you build a business that reflects your values and serves the people who matter most to you.

I'm a pretty goofy, nerdy person who loves anime and is huge foodie. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me trying a new restaurant, watching anime, or spending time with my husband and our daughter, who keep life fun and full of adventure.
